Shipping and Processing:

1. Order Processing:

Your orders are processed promptly upon receipt of payment. We strive to prepare and ship your order within 1 to 2 business days max, excluding holidays and Sundays.

2. Orders Process via dropshipping :

We work with reliable suppliers via dropshipping and with experienced shipping partners to ensure direct delivery of your items from our suppliers warehouses or those of our partners.

3. Tracking Notification:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking details of your package. This allows you to track the progress of the delivery in real-time.

Delivery Timeframes:

1. Estimated Delivery:

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the supplier. Generally, orders are delivered within 3 to 18 business days max from the date of shipment excluding holidays and Sundays.

2. International Shipping:

We offer international delivery for most of our products. Please note that delivery times may differ for some international orders due to customs procedures and local restrictions. This will be notified to you once you provide your delivery address. However, we generally adhere to nearly the same timeline listed above for most of these orders.

3. Possible Delays:

In rare cases, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, carrier strikes, or customs delays. We will promptly inform you of any significant delays in the delivery of your order.

Shipping Fees:

1. Free Shipping:

We offer free shipping for certain items, which will be clearly indicated at the time of order placement. However, in the case of a return, shipping fees and other additional charges will apply by default.

2. Additional Charges:

All shipping, customs clearance, return fees for an ordered item (product), or any other additional costs added to the online displayed and purchased product price are the responsibility of the customer.

Additional charges may apply for special deliveries, such as express shipping or deliveries to remote locations. These charges will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.

Returns:

Returning an item 

- You can submit a return request within 15 days from the delivery date. You may return an item if it is non-compliant, damaged, defective, or counterfeit. In case the item is broken, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt.

If you've changed your mind about an item, you can return it, PROVIDED it has not been opened, except for the following items which are excluded for hygiene and safety reasons: swimsuits, underwear, lingerie, earrings, cosmetics, perfumes, groceries, dietary supplements, software, tickets, and adult products.

 

When returning an item, ensure it is in its original condition (including packaging) and all seals, labels, accessories, etc. are intact. Otherwise, your return will be refused.

 

- For electronic items you wish to return, ensure to remove any created passwords. Otherwise, your return will be refused.

 

- TVs, phones, computers, tablets and some electronics items must be sealed if returned due to a change of mind.

How do I return a product?

You can request the return of your items from the Your Orders page or by contacting our customer service through the contact section by email or whatsapp messages.

What is the return period at SHALLDOO?

Any item can be returned subject to a fee equivalent to the exact transportation cost required for the process, ranging between [15% - 30%+[ of the product price within 15 days from the delivery date. Any product sold at SHALLDOO and unused by the customer can be returned free of charge within 48 hours from the delivery date, Only in Canada & US. After these periods, unfortunately, we no longer accept returns.

What are the conditions for returning a product and what is the procedure?

First, you must ensure at the time of delivery that the product received is intact and corresponds to the description of the item at the time of ordering. Any instance of non-compliance must be reported within the prescribed deadlines.

 

When returning your item, it must be returned to SHALLDOO in the same condition as when it was delivered to you, and with all its accessories. All products returned due to a change of mind must be returned with their original packaging. TVs, phones, computers, and tablets must be sealed if returned due to a change of mind.

 

Please note that once unsealed, TVs, phones, computers, and tablets found to be defective are covered by an after-sales service. For more information, please contact our customer service through this link.

 

How long does the return process take and when will I be refunded?

(Please refer to our processing and refund times below for more information.):

 

I. Product collection period:

The product collection period starts from the day you make your return request to receive precise instructions, until the day you resend the product to us. You can make your return request online or contact our customer service via our live chat line on WhatsApp.

 

II. Refund period:

The refund period starts from the day your product is received by one of our warehouse agents confirming the condition of the returned product, until the day you receive the refund (less than 15 days).


Can I return my item after 15 days?

You cannot return your item after 15 days from the delivery. However, if your item is defective, it may be covered by a warranty. For more information, please refer to our warranty policy.

 

Do I have to return all items from my order if I want to make a return?

No, you do not have to return your entire order. You can choose to return only certain items. However, all accessories of the item in question must be returned, otherwise the return will be refused.

 

Do I need to return free items if I want to make a return?

Yes, any item offered with your package must also be returned.

 

Do I have to pay shipping fees to make a return?

Yes, there are additional fees when you wish to return a product. The item price will not be refunded totallyThe amount paid will be reduced by the cost required to return the product.

Can I exchange my item instead of getting a refund?

At the moment, SHALLDOO does not offer the option to exchange an item. However, you can return your item and receive a full refund, allowing you to make a new purchase on our website.

 

How can I track the progress of my return?

Our return service will contact you by Email, Whatsapp and SMS to inform you of the progress of your return. You can also check our processing and refund times.

 

Is my product under warranty?

If your product has a warranty, the duration is communicated on the product page. We invite you to consult our warranty policy for more information.

 

My product has been collected, but I haven't heard anything since, what should I do?

We apologize for this inconvenience. Please feel free to contact us for more information.

 

SHALLDOO tells me that the bank transfer has been made but I still haven't received the money, what should I do?

It takes 2 to 30 days for the money to appear in your account depending on the country you reside in and/or the bank you use. Please feel free to contact us if you still haven't received your money after this period. Please refer to our refund policy for more details.

 

My return request has been refused, but I disagree with this decision. What will happen?

Please note that any return request will undergo a detailed verification by our after-sales team. If your return is made in accordance with our return conditions defined on our website, we will proceed with your refund within the legal deadlines. If your return is refused for any of the following reasons:

 

the reason for return you have chosen is not valid;

the returned item is not eligible for a return;

the returned item will be returned to you using the same initial delivery method, to the address provided when you placed your order, specifying the reason why we rejected your return.

If you refuse the delivery of the item for which the return has been rejected by us, it will be returned to us and stored in our premises for a period of 45 days during which you can contact us at any time to request the reshipment of your item to the address you have provided us with. At the end of the 45-day period, and after three (3) written reminders from us asking you to collect your item and with no response from you, we reserve the right to keep the item you refuse to take back, and you will no longer be able to claim any refund from us or the reshipment of your item, except in case of duly justified force majeure or in the event of an event beyond your control that prevented you from collecting your item within the aforementioned period.

 

If my return is accepted, how and when will I be refunded?

From the day you made your return request, the quality assessment process can take up to 15 days. You will receive an email once this process is complete.

To receive your refund quickly, you have the option to choose a refund by Voucher. You just need to indicate it when making your return request.

Important: once your refund method is validated, you cannot change it anymore.

What is a Voucher?

A voucher is a fictitious customer account corresponding to the amount of your refund. You can use this voucher as a promotional code to purchase a product. A voucher is valid for 120 days, you must use it during this period.

 

If my product is not eligible for a refund, how will I be informed?

If your return is not validated, SHALLDOO will contact you to explain the reason for refusal and your product will be returned to you.

Please note that we will attempt several times to deliver your product. If we are unable to deliver it to you, your product will be available for you to collect at our warehouses.

 

I bought a product on promotion or with a promotional code. What will be the refunded amount?

For products on promotion, the refunded amount corresponds to the amount paid.

For example: If you purchased a product on promotion for 20 dollars and its original price was 40 dollars, you will be refunded the amount paid, which is 20 dollars.

If you use a voucher, the amount paid as well as the amount used from the voucher will be refunded.

Refund:

If my return is accepted, how and when will I be refunded?

The refund process starts after we have completed the evaluation of your returned product. From the day we confirm receipt of the product subject to your return request, this quality evaluation process can take up to 8 days. A refund notification will be sent via email once the process is finalized.

 

Types of refunds offered by SHALLDOO:

If you have chosen Credit Card as your Payment method, your refund will be credited to your bank/card account within 2 to 30 business days depending on your bank, and a refund notification will be sent via email once the refund is accepted.

Please ensure that the beneficiary name matches the one on the ID card. You will receive the voucher code by email and SMS in the form of a coupon, which you can use on SHALLDOO for a new purchase. For more details on how to use the voucher, contact us via WhatsApp chat;

Important: once your refund method is validated, you cannot change it anymore.

 

What is a voucher?

A voucher is a fictitious customer account corresponding to the amount of your refund. You can use this voucher as a promotional code to purchase a product. A voucher is valid for 180 days, and you must use it during this period.

 

How to use my voucher

1. Enter the valid code of your discount coupon here (without spaces)

2. The coupon value is automatically deducted from the total amount of your purchase

3. Click on "CONFIRM ORDER"

Can I use my coupon with any item?

You can use your discount coupon with any item according to the terms and conditions of use in effect. In the case of a promotional code, eligibility conditions may vary depending on the offer. Make sure the coupon code is entered without spaces at the beginning and end of the code.

 

If my coupon does not cover the full amount of the transaction, how can I pay the difference?

The remaining amount can be paid via the available payment methods. Please note that coupons do not cover international delivery fees if required.

 

Do coupons expire?

Yes, all our coupons have an expiration date, which varies depending on the type of coupon. Please use it promptly on our website; for more information, contact us.

 

Can I use different coupons at the same time?

You can only use one discount coupon per order.

 

Terms and Conditions

 

Our website accepts the use of discount vouchers to place orders online. Marketing vouchers entitle you to discounts on products purchased on our website. These vouchers are also used in the case of prepayment of an order on our website, by bank transfer to our account.

 

Except for refund vouchers and prepayment vouchers, SHALLDOO reserves the right to cancel discount vouchers at any time.

 

The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotional code.

Voucher valid for one-time use per person.

Only one voucher can be used per transaction.

Vouchers cannot be transferred.

Any disputes will be resolved at the discretion of management.
